Siamanda Collectif Consulting focus on one thing: helping women move from production to actual market participation, where income becomes predictable and scalable. Our work bridges this gap by aligning production, pricing, and quality with real demand.

Our approach
Many programmes strengthen production capacity, yet the connection to sustainable markets often remains weak. Without structured market access and targeted design support, products may fail to meet market needs, limiting their potential impact.
Our approach addresses this gap by supporting producers to develop products aligned with genuine demand and by facilitating access to sustainable market opportunities. We adopt a market-driven development approach rather than a charitable one, aiming to strengthen value chains, enhance livelihoods, and create lasting impact for all communities involved.

Our background
We build on experience developing artisan production systems and bringing products into international markets through Beberavi Collections, working with over 300 women artisans and collaborating with high-end retail partners.
As a team, we combine backgrounds across both the private sector and public development organisations, including UN bodies, combined with strong market knowledge and technical expertise in product development and compliance. This integrated approach allows us to work across both sides of the value chain strengthening production systems while ensuring alignment with real market demand and requirements.
